Residential Extension and Home Office Transformation

Comprehensive Rear Extension, Roof Modifications, and Home Office Creation

At Vantage, we successfully undertook a residential project in Bassett, Southampton, which involved a rear extension and a new lower ground floor to maximise living space and improve functionality. The design also included a roof modification to incorporate a home office with a custom dormer window, as well as extensive internal modifications throughout the house.

This project seamlessly blended design aesthetics with practicality, providing the homeowners with a modern, expansive home suited to their needs.
